Sequel to Escape to Witch Mountain...
I really like this movie. Tia and Toni come back to earth and visit the city and ciaos ensues after Toni saves a man using his ability and he is captured and through the whole movie Tia with the help of the earthquake gang try to find him a foil the plans of his captors.
